I gain weight :( I'm today weighting 130.Lbs
I had for breakfast fried egg with mushroom and ground beef and big big of decafinated niscaffe fat free milk ANSI had hole wheat bread

At 2:20 am I had a green tea I hope I weak up tomorrow to see I lost weight
At 1:40 am I had a cerisl apical k ... I hope I lose weight but I keep eating cause I'm hungry
At 1:15 aM a salary ...I'm so hungry I'm afraid that I will eat something fatening

Today I weighted 129,4 ...I had my breakfast at 1:00 pm i had a hole wheat sandwich and decaffeinated coffee

at 2:00 i was hungry ,but i didn't want to eat like yesterday , so i ate salary .. and i was full

i had a big mug of decaffeinated tea at 10:30 pm


i had launch at 7:40 pm . my launch was stroganoff i loooooooove it , its about sliced steak with green pepper and mushroom and onion , and because i love it so much i had two plates of it . that's why you gonna see two pictuers of the same food lol

at 4:30 i had a small stuffed potato with two scoops of plain yogurt


at 2:30 pm i had a glass of all bran (pink lemonade)

today is the third day and i weight 131,6 lbs


i had my breakfast at 12:36 pm it was a labana sandwich with hole wheat bread and thyme and sumaq and i drank niscaffe with hole milk

Midnight attack (snack)

At 2:00 I had a chicken wrap with French fries and half peace of Kabab witch is( ground beef ).
I guess that will increase my weight tomorrow
sorry i ate so fast i forgot to take a pictuer lol

Small snack


At 12:20am I had a small portion of three beans salad

at 10:30 pm i had a duble fudge cake with vanilla ice cream on top and chocolate syrup ..mmmm

i got thirsty so i drank a glass of water

i ate at 7:20 pm my launch and it was potato stuffed with meat and yougret on the side and i had a soup (freka) with meat

but that wasn't enought for me so i had more soup

today 4/2/09 in the morning i was weight 131.2 so i guess i'm improving




at 1:10 i had a labana sandwish and a mug of niscaffe , my milk was 1% this time


my sandwish was hole wheat with labana and olive oil and thyme and sumaq

green tea


i felt gulty after that so i drank a green tea .. you should drink it at least 30 minuet after your meal so i weated ...


i had green tea at 12:00

snack


at 11:00 i felt hungry so i grap 4 malfof witch i made yesterday ..
it's about a Cabbage inside it rice and ground meat

at 8:30 pm i had a double fudge cake witch i made with vanilla ice cream on top of it and chocolate syrup

i had launch at 5:40 pm i had three beans salad and Okra with meat and rice i usually eat two plates so think today i
did good in the launch

at 4:30 pm i had a hole wheat labana sandwich ..it was delicues i had on my sandwish a tea spon of olive oil and i spread Za'atar (Thyme) on it and some sumaq too..

i had at 2:40 pm . a mug of tea .. i love tea so much and i drink it almost every day . i made the tea with mint

hot coco


at 1:00 pm . i had a hot coco with full fat milk with wiped cream, i know this is not the ideal way to lose weight !!!

welcome


i saw this article on a blog and i think its a good way of losing weight ..
you have to take picture of Evey thing you eat , that will make you more aware of what you eat and will make you improve your eating habits ..
my weight is 132 lbs and my goal weight is 117 lbs.. lets see if i can make it !
